Aerial Classes with Hanne_coeck
Hanne Coeckelberghs will teach over 21 hours of Aerial Silks, offering a fresh approach and numerous techniques to enhance your skills. Classes will begin with straps-based conditioning and basic dynamics, ensuring all levels can participate. You will learn to find the weightless moment in silks, a key to performing dynamic tricks.
Expect to learn quick windmills, dynamics , hip rolls, and more, with some skills you'll be able to achieve by the retreat's end and others requiring further practice. You can also request specific tricks you'd like to learn, and Hanne will incorporate them into the program.
The classes will take place in an indoor training spot with more than 7m of height and big crash mats.

Accommodation at beach
You'll be staying at a beautiful villa with a swimming pool, perfectly located near one of Valencia's finest beaches, Patacona Beach. The accommodation offers comfortable shared rooms with a maximum of three people per room. It’s also just a short distance from the training space and well-connected to public transport, providing the ideal mix of convenience and beachside relaxation.

Hanne Coeck is a notable circus artist celebrated for her innovative performances that seamlessly merge traditional circus elements with contemporary artistry.
She began her journey with aerial silks in 2009, cultivating a deep passion for the craft through daily training. Between 2015 and 2019, Hanne attended the Academy for Circus and Performance Arts, a prestigious professional circus school in the Netherlands.
During her time there, she honed a distinctive style characterized by fluid movement, inventive silk tricks, and dynamic expressions. Hanne also specialized in aerial straps, a discipline she incorporates into her aerial silks performances, as well as showcasing it independently.
Her impressive achievements include performances with renowned circus companies across the globe. In addition to her performance career, Hanne has been sharing her expertise through various workshops internationally since 2018.

- At least a year of experience in aerials is required. Inverting and climbing should be easy. If you doubt about your level, simply email us.

- Minors can join under supervision of an adult
