Level required

At least one year of experience in silks. Inverting and climbing should be easy. If you doubt about your level, simply email us.

Sample Day

8-9 am: Coffee, Tea, and Breakfast

9:30am-11H am: Dynamics silks class with Hanne

​

12 pm: Lunch

​

2-3:30 PM: silks class with Hanne (roll ups, straps skills in silks, windmills...)

5-7pm  Beach Play and Sunset

​

7 pm Dinner

 

8-10pm : Evening Activities (optional)
