This 7-day aerial retreat is tailored for individuals looking to elevate their aerial silks practice. With over 25 hours of silks classes led by Hanne Coeck, participants will have the opportunity to refine their skills and techniques.

Beyond the silks, the retreat offers a holistic experience: engage in breathwork sessions to overcome fear, relax by the swimming pool or in the Caribbean Sea, and reconnect with yourself and nature through activities like visiting cenotes, exploring local wildlife, ziplining, and participating in a cleansing ceremony.

Aerial Classes with Hanne_coeck

Hanne Coeckelberghs will be teaching 25+ hours of Aerial Silks, so you'll have the chance to learn a lot of new things in aerials.

In this week full of classes, you will get a new approach to silks and a lot of things to take home to not get bored in the silks for a very long time. If you doubt to join because you think you aren't able to do dynamics, then don't worry, Hanne will start with straps based conditioning and positions and the basics of dynamics.
She will teach you how to find he weightless moment in silks, which is the basic of dynamics. Once this momentum is found, the doors to plenty of cool dynamic tricks opens widely!
You will also learn how to do a windmill, but then the quick version, hip rolls ups and more.

Hanne will teach partly things you will be able to do at the end of the retreat and a part of things you probably won't manage yet, but you will learn all the steps to keep working on those tricks safely at home!
If there is any trick you really want to learn , you can ask Hanne during the retreat and she will be happy to try integrate it in the retreat!

Punta Laguna, operated by Maya people is home to diverse animals and plants, including spider monkeys, which you are definitely going to see during your visit!

Canoe across the lagoon, rappel into a cenote, visit an archaeological site, ride an amazing zip line above the jungle and participate in a Maya purification ceremony !

- At least a year of experience in aerials is required. Inverting and climbing should be easy. If you doubt about your level, simply email us.

- Minimum age is 18

- Minors can join under supervision of an adult

Cancellation policies

- Full refund (-€50 for administration): Annulation before November 1st 2024

- 80% refund: Annulation before the 1st of December 2024

- 50% refund: Annulation before the 15th of January 2025

- No refund: Annulation after 15th of January 2025
